Improvement District No. 4 Manager

Salary: $190,000 - $225,000 Annually + $20,000 Signing Bonus!

This position will be responsible for supervising staff within the Improvement District No. 4 (ID4) Department and planning, organizing and directing the operations, maintenance and funding of ID4 activities.

All applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental studies, engineering or related field.

Ten years of experience of increasing responsibility performing business, environmental, engineering or planning-related functions is required; four years of which must have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
