Summary
Under general supervision, the Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, design management and construction management of the District's Capital Improvement Projects; oversees inspection of private development projects; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Any combination of training and experience, which would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:

A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or closely related field. Ten (10) years of increasingly responsible engineering, project and construction management experience, preferably in water and wastewater engineering, including five (5) years of supervisory experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license with a satisfactory driving record may be required at the time of appointment.

  • Possession of a valid certificate of registration as a Professional Engineer issued by the State of California is desired.


Salary: $95,056 to $121,680 Annually
