This is professional work designing, developing and modifying complex computer programs and relational database applications.
Job duties may include:
- Design, develop, implement solutions for Angular and Java applications.
- Analyze given user requirements for enhancement and analyze defects in the applications and propose solutions, while following industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members and mentor junior staff while working on solutions for complex problems.
- Provide user support in using District software applications and meeting departments SLA for assigned tickets.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in one of the computer sciences or management information systems and two years of progressively responsible experience in computer application development or maintenance; or completion of a two year program of study from a vocational/technical school or community college in computer science or management information systems and four years of experience in computer applications development or maintenance.
A master's degree from an accredited college or university in a computer science or management information systems can substitute for one year of the required experience.
Professional experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education. Additional Details: Base Salary:
